Hello November!

Hello November!

Today is the first day of Nablopomo this year. Now inquiring minds want to know. What is Nablopomo? It is not a cult or a religion or a crazy ritual.

Well I take that back. Nablopomo is the National Blog Post Month. That's when some of the bloggers commit to blogging daily for a month. So in a way, it is a crazy ritual!

You can find more info here:

NaBloPoMo

So there you have it. I am committing to blog every single day this month. Wish me luck!

Nablo, as I fondly call it, is not about quality writing. It is about quantity and keeping a commitment. November is a busy busy month for a lot of people. But the logic is that if you want to get something done, give it to a busy person and it will get done.

Hundreds of bloggers worldwide will make this commitment today and keep it. This is my second year to do this and I am excited about it.

I get to write everyday, meet new bloggers and make new bloggy friends.

So good luck to all the bloggers out there who have made this commitment. May all us fishies move in the right direction and accomplish our goals!

If you are new to this blog, welcome and please leave a comment so I can visit your blog too.

In the bloggy world, comments are like candy. And I want some candy!

Nablopomo November 2008

Who is participating in NaBloPoMo 2008?

Are you excited? Are you ready?

This week, I'll post as much as I can. But it may not be daily. I am getting ready for November. I strongly believe in creative juices. I am nurturing some ideas for November. Hopefully, I won't have posts that say "Today I ate a chocolate pastry." Granted it may be the highlight of my decade but a great post it does not make.

So glad that they don't have a theme for this month. Freedom to write whatever you want to. I know that you are not expected to stick to themes but I like reading other blogs and stop reading other blogs that stick to a theme that I am not interested in.

Good luck fellow bloggers! It will be a very exciting month. I can't wait to read other blogs!
