Happy Valentine's day everyone!
While I think that Valentine's day is a hallmark created event, I have to let you guys who celebrate it enjoy it. I am more of a high-maintenance kinda gal who does not think that 1 day an year to celebrate love quite cuts it.
I find it annoying when people make comments such as, "he completes me.".... Seriously? Surely you were a whole person to begin with? If you weren't, you have more serious problems... Definitely.
But today, I decided to put my jaded, cynical stuff aside and decided to ponder upon this. Who and what completes me?
And the answer baffled me. And made my insides turn into jello. It was right there in front of me but I never quite acknowledged it.
So what completes me?
Bacon. Yum, yum bacon. To quote Homer Simpson, "Hmmm.... bacon!!!"
Without bacon, I am nothing.
Question: Who or what completes you?

oooh I love bacon!
We haven't found bacon here so we and our friends bring it from Finland! :)
Oh I love nice crisp bacon and bisquits and gravy, hash browns and scrambled or fried eggs.
But what completes me is my love and faith in God and Jesus. To know that there is someone out there who truly loves me warts and all, good or bad, young or old, fat or skinny. What more could anyone ask for then pure unconditional love.
But I also think that I complete me and only I can think of myself as a whole person. Well maybe now two people but if I lose weight then one person. LOL.
Happy Valentine's Day!!!
God bless.
for me, it's my crazy self. i would die if I dint have crazy to give my cynic some company! :)
When you have finished completing your self with bacon, would you please fry some up for me? : )
Oh that looks yummy! My husband would probably say bacon completes him too!

I used to love bacon before my diet.
Oh by the way, do you listen to the comedian Jim Gaffigan. He LOVES bacon!
