Fun
Yesterday I wrote a post about goals and blah blah. So today I wanted to write about the importance of having FUN. Every single day in your life. While it is important to have goals and pursue them, also take the time to have some fun. I have to remind myself of this all the time.
Laugh, giggle, be goofy, and to quote my friend, dance like no one is watching.
Hang out with people who make you feel good about yourself.
Take a break from people who are always trying to make you feel bad about yourself.
Life is as serious as you want it to be.
Take control.
Hang out with girlfriends who make you laugh. And smile at cute waiters who serve you lunch.
Share the positive energy.
Be happy and make others around you happy.
Life is short and unpredictable. So be happy today and make someone smile today. Even if they are smiling at your goofiness.
So... I want to hear from you. What fun stuff will you be doing today?
I'll certainly keep you posted on the fun stuff I will do today:)

Personally, I think I will sit here and look at this picture of cuteness! : )
Mythos: I posted this for you my friend! I am meeting her this evening. Will say hello to her from you:) I am taking my camera with me. Also, she doesn't believe that she has fans. She is so modest:)
WTFreak? VW is tsinsifs? Crazy!
give my regards too! :)
Fun today...my husband came home 3 minutes ago and he sang a funny song to me - he's my fun today! :)
I dance like nobody's watching every day. That's my little slice of heaven. I'm a big fan of having fun even in the most mundane tasks. So I'm going to dance and have fun!
Today for fun, I'm going to get some work done, hang out with my friends, and dance like nobody's watching. Y'all have a great day!
I need to work out today and I'm training for another race.
I love that shot.
I wish I had some girls like her around here.
Most girls are just plain negative and I stay away from them.
I bet part of my headache this weekend was from one of those girls...bbrrr....
Fun stuff.
I laughed at my goofy dogs, communicated with a deer that stared at me, tried to convince some fish to jump for me when I am taking pictures, said thanks to some turtles posing for me.
Anything else?
Yeah, had a happy show off moment at the post office when the lady looked at my cards and she liked them and I could tell her I shot those. Made me a bit taller :)
Plus, I made her smile and she made me smile :)
Enjoyed the sunshine, took a nap when I felt like it. I need to try dancing and singing. That might be one thing that's missing :)
I agreed to drive my daughter around the supermarket in one of those carts with the red trucks in the front. She's 12 and barely fit in. I gave her the ride of her life though... that's fun, right?
oh and you're absolutely right about the difference between people who want you to feel good and those who want you to feel bad, and it's good to know the difference.
You had better stop having so much fun and get back to work-a little "birdie" told me that you have been accepted into a juried gallery show and now have to frame another piece of work. Chop chop! (And, um, congrats!)
All I can say, is that this blog provoked a lot of slice-of-life comments that were sweet to read! Hugs to all.
Blogitse: Awww... so sweet! I am jealous!
Txaggiechick: You are the friend who taught me to dance like no one is watching. Thanks for always inspiring me:)
Nicole: You need to create your own fun moments! And looks like you are doing just that:) You are an amazing person and an amazing photographer. Get rid of those negative people around you:)
Nan: Ha ha. Looks like you got it! Too cute about your daughter. Let's make a deal. If someone makes you feel bad about you, let me know. I'll hunt them down. And if I feel bad, I'll come over and you can push me around in a grocery cart:) Sounds like a start of a beautiful friendship:)
Carol: OMG! Un-freaking-believable. I am speechless!
Yes I do, thanks :)
And negative people are usually banned out of my reach. Only from time to time they are unavoidable and sometimes I let them get to me.
Oh well :)
