Shoe Shopping!

This weekend I went to an outlet mall to buy some clothes etc. And to see what's out there. It so happened that it was the first day of 100 degree weather is year. Oye! Although the mall was outdoors, the stores were nice and cool. So we could duck into stores really fast. And spend a lot of time there.

Smart people these store owners.

So I got these cute shoes that I fell in love with. Aren't they lovely? The best part is that they are very comfy. And spiky!

My kiddos got shoes too. I looked at them and realized that I've given birth to Giants! Look how large their shoes are!

Meanwhile, here is a post I wrote about spike heels. Turns out that it is very popular on the internet. Enjoy!

This post reminded me how mad I am about shoes, lol.
Yesterday I found these super cute Clark heels (I am a huge fan of Clarks) on the clearance rack. Originally $90 I had her scan them and they were clearanced to $30.8, awesome right? And in my size! So I have her go get the other size 7 1/2 perfect Clark heel only to discover after trying them both on that one is a 7 1/2 and the other is an 8! No wonder they were on clearance. Ugh!

I can see they are size nine...but what does west refer to? Does it mean really wide?

those red ones are just out of this world! I hope you have somewhere equally otherworldly to wear them to. Mine would probably sit in my closet, and I would just wish that someone would take me somewhere in them. I'm such a little girl, just listen to me, "wish that someone would take me somewhere." Gah!

MM: Oh that just sucks! I need to see your shoe collection! Take photos!

Mythos: They are actually size 7. You need new glasses. And west comes from Nine West. A very famous brand. Oye Mythos! What are we going to do with you? I think I am going to have to educate you a little about fashions and brands. And current trends. You know there is more to shoes than crocs:) LOL!

Shoes! Shoes! Shoes! I love shoes... and Champagne. I LOVE the shoes you bought. I would love to know what brands they are.... and where you bought them. They are gorgeous!

Am quite partial to shoes myself. But 'comfortable' and 'spiky'. Do those words go together? What evidence do we have that your sons are giants? Perhaps they are small-framed young men with small feet and you are Thumbelina? Well...?

I love the red ones!
Way cool!

And yes, your boys are Giants :D
Or do you simply have tiny feet?

Please accept my apology, I rarely go into women's shoe stores more than once a week, and don't throw your shoes at me, because you know you won't get them back!

webmina: Let's go for some shoe shopping and champagne! What are you doing this weekend?

Janice: You should know that I make stuff up on my blog. I tell everyone it is creative writing:) I wore the red shoes to work yesterday and man my feet hurt! But... I got tons of compliments! I tried to get my sons to pose their feet for me. But they refused! Oye... after all the things that I have done for them! Why can't they let me photograph their feet?

Nicole: I am not very tall and they are both tall. Typically I don't realize it but when I see their shoes, I am appalled:)

Mythos: I would never ever throw shoes at you!!! I love my shoes too much! LOL:)

Sons! Who'd have 'em?! As you say, such a small thing. Do you remember that song from the 70s 'For the 9 months I carried you, growing inside me - there's No Charge...'

You definitely got some great deals.

I live to shop for shoes, especially when I can find a great deal on them! I prefer Discount Designer Shoes for buying my shoes.

It seems that you had a pretty fine shopping day. Both Nine West pairs are fantastic and HOT.
