Nicole: Ha ha. What's the point? I like pointless stuff. In fact, I am going to dedicate my photography to pointless stuff. I mean what's the point in anything. LOL.
Mytho: I think they are stepping stones. Also, it is on the other side of a dam so they are supposed to slow down the water.
