Did I tell you that my favorite thing about the trip was the visit to the aquarium in Atlanta? I guess I did.Watching this fish was almost surreal. I felt like I was in a sci-fi movie. I could have watched it float away for hours. So peaceful!
On a completely different topic, I heard this funny conversation yesterday and had to share with you.
Guy 1: Man! I am so glad the weekend is over! Now I can come to work and relax!!!
Guy 2: How come? Are you married too?
LOL.

sometimes i say to my husband
"great, tomorrow it's sunday and you're going to work after weekend - i can have my own life back, aaah" :) (i say that with love!)

Was one of those men your husband? Were you over-egging the queen for the whole of your birthday week thing?
Two little stories spring to mind. The first one overheard on a bus by my school English teacher - years ago, obviously.
Woman 1: It's Bill's birthday soon. I don't know what to get him.
Woman 2: Well get him a book.
Woman 1: Nah. He's got one of those.
This next line spoken very emphatically by a woman at the table next to me in a restaurant:
'Well, let's face it. EVERYONE either knows someone who plays the flute or knows someone who KNOWS someone that plays the flute.'
I have no idea what point she was trying to prove but I often wonder what all that was about!
