Blogitse: Yes it is. I had to play around with the photo a bit since this is a local bar:)
Sauron: I used Picasa to add a soft focus. I actually have a lens called lensbaby. That also creates this effect for you. But it is much much harder. I am practicing so soon I should get better at it:)
